3 Stage Marketing Plan
1. Awareness
First, we conducted an on-site video/photoshoot for raw content content. Once the material was cut and edited, we posted Instagram reels (short-form content) in order to gain as much traction and exposure as possible. We proceeded by making content to appeal to a specific niche audience, tiling. After a couple of videos, we were able to reach the audience we were searching for (via hashtags, location tags, relevant sounds, etc.). Within a few weeks, we were able to reach over 15 thousand people in the Greater Toronto Area resulting in a ton of new followers and eyes on the business.

2. Consideration
Now that we have attracted a significant amount of new, engaged followers we began phase 2, reenforcing our brand into the minds of potential clients. We began posting professional pictures (taken in-house during content shoots) of Tile Addict's workflow and the final results. We also posted consistent stories (24-hour disappearing videos/photos) almost daily to ensure our followers were always viewing fresh content. Our marketing strategy encourages potential clients to imagine what their final product would look like if they worked with us.
3. Conversion
At this point, we had an engaged audience so it was time to convert them into paying clients. Instagram was the primary platform used in our marketing efforts which lead to the highest conversion rate being through Instagram direct messages. Often a result of someone seeing a post or story, the consumer would then click on our profile and message us. Once the messages our recieved, they are passed onto the owner of the company who with a quote accordingly.
The Results:
Throughout the first month of working with Tile Addict, we were able to reach over 20,000 accounts, a 2,638% increase compared to the month before.
Over this time span, we were able to identify 651 accounts, a 1,527% increase over the month beforehand, that were regularly engaged with our content. This value is significant because these accounts are the people who are most likely to convert into paying clients.

Take Aways:
Electric Digital's 3-stage marketing plan is a consistent, rinse and repeat process. We can repeat the three steps continuously as long as we continue gaining new, engaged followers.
